    Probably not the right spot to ask this question, but I saw one of your other posts; Nate, what’s the best way to get my money back from Mexican following delayed/partially stolen luggage?

    They have customer service branches in the US. I had to call and re-call for months before I finally got my refund. They are owned by (or are part of the company that owns) Frontier Airlines. You might have good luck by going through them as well, and having them transfer you.
